Baby Room Leader
We are looking for a qualified CACHE, NVQ , BTEC Level 3 (or above) Baby Room Leader to join our friendly and welcoming nursery
Starting Salary £28,000- 34,000pa +
The role
• Supervising baby room and supporting babies aged 0– 2 in a nurturing, engaging environment
• Leading, Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS, Early Years Foundation Stages.
• Building warm, secure relationships with children and families and updating parents on child's development.
• Working as part of a friendly, experienced team
• Maintaining high standards of care, learning and safeguarding
What we’re looking for
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or BA Degree in Early Years Education from Uk or Overseas University
• A genuine passion for early childhood development
• A caring, positive and proactive approach
• Good knowledge of the EYFS
• Organisational and teamwork skills
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting , previous supervisory experience would be desirable.
